About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, your Role is ▪️ Deploy and commission a Vision AI platform at customer plants ▪️ Integrate with PLC / SCADA systems ▪️ Customer handovers and post-deployment support.
What you'll do
- Deploy and commission AegisVision at customer facilities — from hardware rack to live inference
- • Integrate with existing PLC, SCADA, and automation systems; map signals and validate data flows
- • Configure site network, edge nodes, cameras, and all peripheral infrastructure
- • Run customer walkthroughs and handover sessions — plant managers, IT leads, safety officers, and operators
- • Own post-deployment support for your sites — diagnose, escalate where needed, close issues cleanly
- • Relay field observations back to product and engineering — you're the ground truth
